Heavenly Living Foundation was created with one simple purpose: to provide high-quality,
move-in-ready homes for individuals who desire independent living in a safe and structured
environment.
We serve adults from all walks of life, those transitioning from challenging circumstances, those in
need of a second chance, or those who simply need a fresh start. Our homes are clean, secure, and
affordable, giving residents a peaceful foundation to focus on what truly matters: personal growth,
stability, and healing.
This is not just housing its a place to rebuild, restore, and rise again.

We are not a medical facility or licensed care home. We provide independent, non-medical housing only.
Substance Use
Zero Tolerance - The Heavenly Living Foundation maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and alcohol usage on or around the premises.
Prescription Medication - All prescription medications must be kept in their original containers and used only by the person to whom they are prescribed. Misuse or sharing of prescription medication is strictly prohibited.
Random Drug Testing - Residents may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing. Refusal to comply will result in immediate termination of residency.
Residents are expected to maintain sobriety throughout their residency.
Termination of Residency
Residency may be terminated for, but not limited to, the following reasons:
Violation of any house rule.
Non-payment of rent/program fees.
Failure to progress in the program plan.
Engaging in illegal activities.
Threatening the safety or well-being of others.
Disruptive behavior (verbal or physical) toward the community and/or property.
Tampering with security cameras or sharing/distributing lock/passcode information with others.
Repeated disruptive behavior.
Physical altercations or threats of violence.
Smoking inside the house.
Possession of weapons of any kind.
Non-compliance with individualized program plans.
Refusal to comply with drug/alcohol testing.

Is this a medical facility?
No. Heavenly Living Foundation is a non-medical independent living home. We do not provide
nursing, mental health, or assisted care services.
Are Pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this time
Can I have a visitor?
No visitors allowed inside the house. Residents are encouraged to accompany any visitors away from the house.
How long can i stay?
Residency depends on the individuals needs they can be from month-to-month or for however long you prefer
What does rent cover?
Rent covers your fully furnished room, all utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to shared spaces.
